Hi,

I can add new users and assign security roles in CRM 2011, but when I try to use the wizard for adding multiple users I receive an error message below. I need some suggestions to resolve this problem so please provide possible solutions. Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

Your error is while adding multiple user so just have to follow these instructions…

1. Turn on tracing. If you see this in an exception (User: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 ) this shows that your crm is getting the list of all users but it is also finding a user without a GUID which is causing the error.

2. As you are able to add users independently without an error so your domain is contacted definitely.

3. To get rid of the error download https://www.wireshark.org/. Which shows you what crm is trying to do.

4. If you find any unknown domain which might be removed earlier but still showing.

5. Delete that domain via the wizard. And your error will be gone.

Hi

All the machines should not run in the same domain. IIS(internet information security) should be checked. Bindings should be fine. CRM web works should be smooth. The recommendation is saved in recommendations storage. Maybe you can uninstall this, then make sure the key is clean.

Hope your system will be fine.

Thanks
