What about leave application for office please?

I want to leave office for few days; how can I send a leave application for office ;mail format.

Hello Meagan,

 

There is no standard format for Leave application. Every company/institution they have their own format on Leave of Absence application. You have to secure it from the HR Department of your company/institution. Please make it clear webmail format or just plain air mail format. There is no mail format for leave of absence application as far as I know. If you are on emergency leave, HR can handle that situation and can advise you what to do. Remember, All matter regarding on your working condition, HR Department are more willing to help. Just inform them on the matter.
