Just follow these instructions:

The extension that caused this crash is ASUSWSShellExt64.dll in C:Windowsexplorer.exe

Fault Module Name: ASUSWSShellExt64.dll.

This extension is caused by ASUS WebStorage software.

So, remove it or uninstall it.

Dear Jagodeeb

I have read your question and I understand that you have a problem with 7, the APPCRASH error means that there is a file corrupted in your computer, here are some solutions you can try to fix the error

1. You need to check the corrupted file in the system by running system file checker, please be aware that you need to be the computer administrator to perform this solution:

On windows 7 click on start menu, All programs, accessories, command prompt ( it will open a black screen) please type sfc/scannow and press enter, then you will see this message : beginning the system scan, the process will take few minutes, Let it scan and after it finishes scanning it will give you a message with the result of the scanning, you just need to wait then restart your computer and try again.

2. Check that your computer is having the latest update, click on start, control panel, system and security the windows update and check for the updates, once you finish running all updates, restart your computer.

3. One last thing you need to do if the error is not fixed: restore your computer to an earlier point.

Click on start, control panel, system and security, system then on the left side of the window click on action center then click on recovery than open system restore, it will open you the system restore wizard that will give you a choice to restore your computer to an earlier date where your computer was performing well.
