Players in Fallout 76, like other MMORPG games, can pick up items in the game. They can also perform crafting to transform one item or object to another form or to a much higher version of that same item. But how do you create a bulk item or bulk materials?
What in-game items can players bulk?
What Are Bulk Materials In Fallout 76?
In Fallout 76, bulking an item or bulking materials allow you to decrease the overall weight of the items to save inventory space. You can also sell the bulked version to vendors. It can also be used in crafting but the process will break the bulk item back into the individual components. Crafting bulk items can be done at a Tinker’s Workbench.
Bulking an item will cost a specific number of raw materials and two (2) plastic. Like for example, 2 Plastic + 10 Aluminum = 1 Bulk Aluminum. The following are the items you can bulk:
- Acid
- Adhesive
- Aluminum
- Bone
- Ceramic
- Cloth
- Concrete
- Copper
- Cork
- Fertilizer
- Gears
- Glass
- Gold
- Lead
- Leather
- Oil
- Plastic
- Rubber
- Spring
- Steel
- Wood
Note: if you have bulked materials in your inventory and you use the “Scrap All” function at a workbench, it will scrap the bulk back into the individual raw material. To prevent accidental scrapping, place the bulk items in your Stash first then use “Scrap All”.
