What are the different types of cloud implementation models?
A public cloud is a cloud which provides service over a network that is open for public use. These services can be free or may be of paid usage basis i.e., pay-per-usage-model. Private cloud is a cloud infrastructure that is used only for a single organization either externally or internally. Public cloud is simple, efficient, low cost, reduced time maintenance, no contract agreements. Private cloud has greater control, more security, higher performance and deep compliance. Hybrid cloud is a combination of two or more clouds that can be either public or private which provides benefits to multiple deployment models. If an organization is seeking security also, then they can better go for private cloud. If no security issues, private cloud is preferable. Hybrid cloud combines both the above technologies.
