What are the dream heights unlock android features which are not common?

I know there is a underground floor which needs to be unlocked in Dream heights. What are the other dream heights unlock android features that I can use to make the game more exiting?

What are the dream heights unlock android features which are not common?

Aside from the underground floor in Dream heights, there is this treasure chest that you can unlock by building your tower high enough and then build a basement.
