Hi All,

I am planning to develop an advance eye catching website. A friend of mine told me about flash menu applets. I need to know the details of these Flash Menu Applets. How can these make a valuable addition in a website? What feature do they provide? Can we get them for free or it’s a paid system?

What are Flash Menu Applets.

 

Applets are small applications or programs that are added to web pages to create special effects which are impossible to produce using HTML on its own. Flash Menu Applets, typically, are designed to enhance menu expansion and collapse, with visual effects and animation.

One company, Cool Focus, design and sell Flash Menu Applets which can be added to web pages by those people whose has not any programming background. You can get an idea of the prices by going to their website. Alternatively, you can download a freeware Flash editor and create Flash Menu Applets yourself which won’t cost you anything. What are Flash Menu Applets.

Flash Menu Applets is a PHP script for Web Hosting Tools script design which runs on the following Operating Systems: Windows / Linux / BSD. Features are:

1. Three simple menu applets and two advanced Flash menus.

2. It includes 100% of Flash source code and a DTD file for XML validation, with an external XML configuration file, and any images loaded at run-time. Images have to be non-progressive JPG.

3. The font options, menu items and interface colors are easily configurable in the external XML file.

4. Also other configuration options, like spacing and fade step, can be configured.
