What Are The Different Ways To Error Correction In English In Ms-word?

There are several ways through which you can make your document error-free.

1. In-line Spell checking.

While typing if you typed something wrong then a red underline occurs. And you can fix it by right-clicking on the word and selecting the right one.

2. Grammar proofing

If any sentence is grammatically incorrect a green squiggly underline occurs under that sentence, you can correct that sentence by going to File>options>Proofing pane.

3. Grammar checking or Manual spell

You can do this by clicking review at the home bar, click on spelling & grammar.
It will check the whole document at once and will allow you to change it one by one.

Shortcut key for this is F7.
