Hey friends! I was skimming through the features of Outlook. I would like to know what are the encryption options available for me to encrypt email in Outlook 2010. Thank you in advance!
What Are The Options Through Which I Can Encrypt Email In Outlook 2010 On My PC
Hey there! There are primarily two options via which you can encrypt email in Outlook 2010.
They are:
1.Microsoft 365 Message Encryption: In case you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber, while composing an email, go to Options, choose Encrypt. Now check all the restrictions you want to enforce and choose an encryption according to your needs.
2. S/MIME Encryption: In this case, go to the File menu. Choose Options and under that select Trust Center and further Trust Center Settings.

Select Email Security from the left pane that you see. From the options under Encrypted Email, choose Settings.
From Certificates and algorithms, choose the S/MIME certificate and hit OK.

There! It’s done.
