What are those Arabic font designs creator?

I would like to create my own font style like Arabic and any other font languages.

I want software that can let or allow the user to customize a design to make it as a new instance.

I need some information from you guys.

I need a software for this.

Arabic fonts usually fall under the category of Calligraphy or Foreign fonts. Because of its popularity there are several free web font sites that provide Arabic font download without charge. 

But you intend to create your own, you can check the tools offered by DAZ STUDIO 4.6. The site offers a lot of font creation tools such as the following:
