What are the uses of Message Queue?

Microsoft queue is a fast store & forward service.

It enables to run all the applications at different time which helps in communicating in heterogeneous networks which are offline for a short time.  With it, End users can connect in networks that are offline for a short period of time. It also helps Developers to concentrate on Business programming rather than networking issues.

With the help of MS queue, you can message even when you are offline.  It guarantees delivery of those messages.
