What is this AV Tuneup and are its uses?

Hello and good day!

I have two computers that need to tweak and to tune – up. Because of big files and large amount of file in a specific folder, my desktop was going slower. So I ask my friend about if he knows any software that can help me fix my problem. And then he told me about this AV Tuneup software. But unfortunately, I forgot to ask him where can I download this software?  As said earlier, where can I download this software? Is it reliable for tweaking my desktop? Any comments would be ok.

                I think you didn’t heard your friend clearly or maybe your friend didn’t said it right, because it is not AV tune up it is called AVG Tune Up. And you can download this software in this site: https://avg-pc-tuneup-utilities.en.softonic.com This software can optimize and analyze your system, it looks for the errors and problems with the windows registry and also problems that makes your PC to run slow.
