What is the best adjustable pwm frequency PCB for the motors?

I am looking for a good adjustable pwm frequency PCB. I am I in way decisions which one to choose. I am looking for that one which can adjust a higher frequency range such as 350 Hz to 4 KHz and can adjust speed 0-100%. Thanks in advance.

I think you can choose DC PWM Motor Speed Controller – 50A Max – MX068. It's suitable for you. It's output frequency is 100Hz & adjustable frequency is 400Hz to 3Khz. Moreover, it can adjust the motor speed from 0% to 100%. Don't forget to tell about your satisfaction.
