Hi Pamela,

Best active desktop OS is win7 and it has many compatibility, security and options to control. Also I like to suggest you the best brand I ever know is IBM. But you may try using some big screen laptop, because its more safe and low maintenance. Hope this will help you.

Good luck.

When looking for the best internet cafe management software, you have a choice between the best free or the best paid. Best free offer many key features that you will find suitable enough for you new internet cafe. So far the best free that I have encountered is Internet Cafe Management, which will let you management as much as 50 PCs in your net cafe.

There are other like CafeSuite, which will let you download and test for a limited time.

You need to consider several things before starting the business. Desktop computer brands, network components, Software and Security Concerns are some of them. Latest review of computer brands can be viewed in below link.

Choose the brands according to above review and your budget. Next thing is you need a very good security set up otherwise you’ll be facing many issues like virus infections and misuse of the computer systems. I recommend you to get the advices from a network administrator when you are setting up the network.
