What is the best backup software for Windows XP?

Hey guys. My OS is Windows XP and I would like to ask which is the best backup software to use. I am looking for a free backup program. I read some reviews but I would like to hear some opinions. I currently use Windows Live Mesh, but I would like to know if there're better solutions. Thanks.

 This is really a good question because many people doesn’t have any idea about these kind of software. Although when they lost their important data then they desire for this software.
