What is the Best JavaScript IDE for Windows 7?

Hello and Good Day Experts!

I am a new Java developer and I am looking for the best JavaScript IDE for windows 7. Please suggest your favorite JavaScript IDE and tell us your experience in using the editor. It would be very helpful if you can list down the best features and usage of the editors so that I can choose which editor to use in different applications such as  desktop, web and mobile applications.

What is the Best JavaScript IDE for Windows 7?

For windows 7 I recommend Visual Studio 2012 with Visual Web Developer, Visual Web Developer does not come by default in the Visual Studio installation and you have to install it separately.

Download the free express edition of visual web developer from this URL : Visual Web Developer and you will be able to write and debug JavaScript, write rich internet applications and even Windows Application Foundation (WPF) apps.
