What is the best Light designer software?

I would like to create a 3D light design and plot for a stage play.  Where can I find light designer software and their capabilities?  I need software for 2D drafting and 3D modelling.  I'm on Windows 8 Metro.  Thanks.

What is the best Light designer software?

Hi,

There are a lot of good programs out there. You can choose from them which one is match with your taste.

1. For 3d light design you can use the visual 3d software.

2. For 3d Modeling you can use turbosquid or blender or even sketchup software.

3. For 2d drafting software you can use Siemens PLM ViaCAD 2D.
