What is the best map control software for Google and bing?

Hi expert, I need your help as I am facing a problem with selecting a software. I need a map control software. I know some names but I need such a software that will work for both google and bing map. Please, tell me in detail as I can get the soft and use it without any problem. Thanks in advance

It's .Net native and packed with AJAX. It's competitive with MS Silverlight. It supports Google map, Bing map, open street map, and yahoo map. It includes overlays, events, popups, minimaps, scaleLines, and magnifie. It has navigation tools for panning and zooming, Pan-Zoom-Bar tool for zooming directly, overview tool to see a mini map.
