I'd like to convert MSG contact files to VCF format in big batches.  I'm using Outlook 2007.  My PC runs on Windows 7 64 bit.  What is the best msg to vcf converter which has an easy to use interface and can preserve all contact details during the process?  Thanks.

Hello,

 

There are several freeware MSG to VCF converters you can find via simple search using the term "MSG to VCF converter". The main difference between those softwares is in the visual appearance, so it's up to you which one you'll like the best.

 

However, there is a simple way to convert your MSG files to vcards without using a converter.

 

Open your Outlook and select all your contacts. You can easily do that pressing at the same time CTRL+A. When they are all selected right click on the selection and select "Send as Business Card". This option will not export them, but will create a new draft email and will attach all the VCF cards. 

If you are exporting a large amount of contacts, this will take some time. 

Once your new email is ready to be sent, select all the attachments by pressing CTRL+A in the attachment area. When all attachments are selected, drag and drop them to your desktop or folder you'd like to store them in.
