What is the best PC cleaner 2013?

Hi guys.  Can someone suggest the best PC cleaner 2013?  I'm looking for an all in one tune-up utility that can do a disk cleanup, fix registries, defragment and remove unnecessary registries.  I need the program to be compatible with a Windows XP 64 bit system.  Thanks.

There is much more software on the internet. You should go to the google and search for “PC cleaner software”. Then you will get many websites where you can download a cleaner software for your PC. I am using “Advance System Care” it is really best for me. I don’t know which one is best for you because many people use “CCleaner”. Now you can download both softwares and try to understand which one best for you. I am attaching here download links for you just try which is best for you.
