What is the best product for cooling a RAM?

Hello,

I have a problem on my RAM now. It's always hot, even I used thermal tape to attached it to my heat sink yet it's still very Hot. It's seems that my cooler doesn’t cool down my RAM. I want to know what is the best product for cooling a RAM?

What is the best product for cooling a RAM?

 

Hey,

 

Thermal pastes is a general solution for this type of problem even some kinds of tapes and are not heat proof. But you already tried this method so I suggest using a cooling device for your RAM. I hope it will show you a great result.

 

i) You may use RAM Aluminum Heat Spreader – Black (MMT-RAM-HS-BK) as a cooling device of your RAM.

 

There have a metal aluminum for better heat absorption in that cooling device. It can protect RAM from high temperature. There have 400F/min temperature resistance for Heat absorption.

 

 

ii) You may use “Arctic Cooling RC Turbo Module PWM Active RAM Cooler Attachment” cooling device for make your RAM cool.

 

 

There have five fans with 250-2000 RPM speed to ensure cooling environment around the RAM.
