What should be the best rar video compression rate for mpeg4 using WinRAR? 

I'm trying to compress a 1 GB mpeg4 file into 100MB .rar files. 

Where do I find the settings for this?

What is the best Rar video compression rate for mpeg4?

Hi, Since you are trying to convert a highly compressed file type which is a highly compressed file already you should not expect much about its output and compression rate.

But eventually it will be compressed but not so fast and high quality.

There may be a problem of slow processing of compression.

What is the best Rar video compression rate for mpeg4?

Hi Willie,

I understand your concern to reduce the amount of size for your video. Unfortunately, compressing files will only be diminished to 75-80 percent of the original.

I am suggesting that if you are willing to sacrifice the quality of your video, converting the file into a lower resolution (could be mobile perhaps) will reach your desired size.
