Its too good that you are interested in knowing about these technologies in the world. These technologies were developed by some of the genius brains of the world. First of all what matters is an idea.

You should have an innovative idea which must be new. The next thing you need to do is research whether the idea you are going to work on is practically feasible. Then you need to create a work plan, and a lot of steps are there.

It requires a lot of Managerial as well as Engineering skills.
