What is the best video calling software for PC? I have to get one which can render a high quality service for all the users around the world. Of course we need to get a nice reception during video chat, not choppy and secure software as well.

I have been using Skype for quite a long time and it has never disappointed me when it comes to making video calls. As long as you have a strong internet connection speed and your computer is fast enough, Skype will be giving you the best video calling service.
