What is the best way to visualization backup schedule in my company?

Planning and implementing an excellent backup schedule is critical especially when you are dealing with massive database records. Initially you have to determine the frequency of your company's record changes because this will give you an idea whether you need to do daily, weekly or monthly backups.

You also have to consider what hardware, software, tools, and facilities you need to store and maintain your backups.
