What is the best webmaster tutorial website?

I would like to create and design my own website using HTML, CSS, CGI scripts and graphics.  Can someone tell me the best webmaster tutorial website?  My PC is on Windows 8 64 bit and I use Mozilla Firefox 18.0.2.  Thanks.

For over the years, I  am also a web developer that habitually uses HTML and CSS. Here are the websites that will surely fill up your needs in web applications.

1. https://www.w3schools.com/ – this website has a lot of tutorials and articles about HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery AJAX XML ASP.NET SQL. It also provides sample windows that you can edit your code and view its results immediately.
2. Tutorialized.com – this website has a huge directory of tutorials, not just in web programming, but also in web designing software, such as adobe photoshop and adobe flash.
