What is the best Windows CE softphone?

Please recommend freeware and good Windows CE soft phone. I've tried this one program (never mind the brand) and it's terrible. Every time I start it the OS starts to crumble. I think it came with a virus when I downloaded it. I am considering license soft phone as long as it is of superb functionalities.

SJphone is one you can rely on. It works on PC/PDA, any stand-alone IP-phone, or using Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP). For working with ITSP, you need a account. You can download it from http://www.sjlabs.com/sjp.html.

Terrcall is also now supporting VOIP for softphones. You can also try that.I hope this will helps you.
