Hi, I am a new user of iTunes, and I don’t have much knowledge about it, neither am I of a technical background. I am having difficulty in using the software as iTunes won’t play music stuck at 0:00 as you can see in the picture below shows up. I would be glad if I get some assistance. How to solve this issue?

What Can One Do If ITunes Won’t Play Music Stuck At 0:00?

Thanks for writing to us. The following could be the issue because of which iTunes won’t play music stuck at 0:00:
• iTunes may not have been installed properly, as its source was corrupt. If this is the case, try to reinstall it.
• You can also try: Press Ctrl + Alt + Del, Task Manager will open.
: Dismiss all processes related to iTunes.
: Close the Task Manager.
: Restart your computer.
: Open iTunes again.
