What Causes Dropped Cell Phone Calls?

Hello experts,

Recently, I have ATT Uverse and my provider connected my Internet my cell phone calls are dropping. I can make calls and answer calls but once the conversation started, it will dropped. Is the recent Uverse is the reason for dropping phone calls?

What Causes Dropped Cell Phone Calls?

Hello Ross P Klein,

Installing Uverse Mobile may cause random dropped calls, however based off my knowledge, it may still have bugs in it which will make your phone drop calls or have other network issues.

You can report errors and dropped calls to ATT. They will fix your problem. You can download a program that will alert ATT when you drop a call. And also check their map to see if you are in their coverage range.
