  A cloud architect is an IT professional, who is in charge for a company's cloud computing strategy. He delivers virtualization and designs based on very significant business strategies implementing all technical key domains like storage, networking, and applications for a major companies Their role is very important and if I can say, vital. They must be highly experienced and focusing on constantly improving the service.
