What is a compatible Samsung galaxy s memory card?

I just bought a 32 GB 95 MB/s Sandisk Extreme Pro MicroSD for my Samsung Galaxy S I9000 with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. When I installed the MicroSD, the phone hanged. 

When I removed the MicroSD, it's back to its normal state. 

I'm thinking that it's not compatible with my Galaxy. 

What brand is compatible with Samsung galaxy s memory card?

I have also Samsung Galaxy S phone, and my external MicroSD Card’s brand name is RiData with 8GB memory capacity. It runs smoothly with my Android phone and I can easily move my applications to SD card when I needed. I do not have any problem with this MicroSD card.

Here are my suggestions and opinions about your 32GB SD card.

• 32 GB is the maximum capacity of SD card that can be inserted in Samsung galaxy S I9000. If your SD card has lots of data, then there is a tendency that your phone might hang.
• Scan your micro SD card first, because it might contain suspicious files that causes your phone to hang.
