What is the connection between Outlook and dbase?

You can synchronize your data between outlook and database record, you can link them by a custom ID. Database can be used as a connection tool to create, modify and delete records. There is a programming library named ADO, used commonly and is included with Microsoft Office, which virtually helps to maintain and facilitate the database connections.
