First of all you have to take it seriously, sit down and collect all the documentation and main topics. You may refer to these exam docs MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD, A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, in order to create an idea.

Regardless of how much you learn, it is important for you to perform some practice tests before you go on for the official one. 

 

You have to consider installation of Visual CertExam Suite, since most of practice tests are created with this soft.

Hello Naomi S Williams,

                         If you want to know about the IT VCE Test then you need to prepare a lot. As it contains many of the things related to the latest research and many other advance things. So you need to see the internet on daily basis in order to get good marks. For this i prefer you to take some of the online exams of ODesk or freelances as they are tough one in order to get yourself test in a good way.
