What could be the problem with my Calendar?

I have an HTC Incredible mobile phone which I synchronized with my Outlook through Microsoft Exchange/Active Sync. I seemed to have succeeded because information on my Calendar is appearing on my device. After a few days, these information are not showing up on my Calendar anymore. If I enter new information on Outlook, these do not show up as well. I am still able to access my email and contacts without difficulty whether these are entered using Outlook or through synching with my HTC Incredible.

What could be the problem with my Calendar?

What could be the problem with my Calendar?

After syncing the mobile phone did you do anything else after that? Because if the device was working just fine till some time when it started having problems then it is probable that there is an action that you took that is causing the device not to show the information on your calendar, and therefore I will suggest the following workaround for you.

• You will need to try syncing the mobile phone with ms outlook again and see if it will be able to show the information on the calendar.
• If it does not show yet, I will suggest that you restore it to its factory settings, and thereafter you can try syncing it with ms outlook again and see if that will make it show the contacts again.
