What is Cydia/APT URL? Why is it appearing?

Hello friends,

I am new to this method and process. I ended up with this error message please help me to get rid of this problem. The problem is when I try to unlock my iPhone I was stuck up here. I have attached the error image please do the needful. Do I need to go to the store? Hunting for solution, please help me. Your help is really great. Thanks.
