Desktop Rover is a software which enables control of several computers using a single computer's mouse and keyboard. If you would align the computer screen either horizontal or vertical, it would give you a larger view as if you are using a single virtual desktop. It allows you to move the mouse pointer and the keyboard focus to the other screen seamlessly. Desktop Rover can be a good replacement for a docking station.
