I have recently heard about the term extractor universal Borland Delphi. Please explain the term to me. Is this a software if so what it does, how to use install and use it on Windows XP, some review of it and download location to download the file.Â

That program is not a general purpose archiving program. This program never replaces WinRAR, 7-zip, etc.
