What is the hot key mac print screen? I am a newbie in the mac operating system world for I just switch last week in this operating system. I want to try this kind of operating system, I just don’t know what hot key mac print screen? Can you give me some solution?

What is the hot key Mac print screen?

In Mac print screen is the option in which a screen of desktop or any other window is captured and is dumped on the desktop of mac. Key combination of "Command+Shift+Numbers" is used for it. In this process three steps are involved.

1. Command+Shift+3

Takes a screenshot of the screen and save it as a file on desktop.

2. Command+Shift+4

Provide a selection box so you can specify an area to take a screenshot of, then save it as a file to the desktop.

3. Command+Shift+4, then spacebar, then click a window

Takes a screenshot of a window only and saves it as a file to the desktop.
