I tried installing Internet Explorer today and after the setup was completed, an error popped up saying Internet Explorer 11 did not finish installing. I have tried installing it several times but end up with the same problem. What can I do?

What If your Internet Explorer 11 Did Not Finish Installing.

This error could be due to a problem with the Windows update. Please follow the steps below to fix the problem.

1) The first thing you must try is turning off Windows firewall as it might block a few files in the contents of Internet Explorer.

2) Then, off the Antivirus too if you have any installed but only temporarily.

3) Along with that, turn off the antivirus firewall too.

4) Next, go to control panel. Click on ‘programs and features’. Then select ‘turn the Windows feature on or off’. Here, uncheck the ‘Internet Explorer’ option and restart your system. This should solve your problem.
