What Is “cannot Connect To Printer Error 0x000003e3”

You get this kind of error when you try to connect your printer with your laptop on your network. To resolve this error, you need to reinstall your printer and add a port. For that, you need to open a control panel, go to printers and delete all the offline printers. If not then just delete all the jobs which are pending to be completed by the printer.

To add or make changes in port, go to the ports tab then, highlight the port and click on the delete port button. Once you delete your port, then restart your computer and perform all the initial steps which were followed when a new printer was installed.
