I encounter 1962: No operating system found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat error when I turn on the PC. I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10. Is there any way to solve it at home?
I encounter 1962: No operating system found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat error when I turn on the PC. I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10. Is there any way to solve it at home?
If you are getting 1962: No operating system found. Boot sequence will automatically repeat; your HDD may be corrupted. Try the following methods to solve the issue. If these methods do not work, go to an expert; otherwise, you may lose your data.
Method 1
a. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key when you see the error screen.
b. When the PC restarts, press the F12 key several times.
c. You may need to click the Enter key to go to the BIOS.
d. Go to the Startup tab.
e. Select CSM.
f. Click on Enter.
g. Select the Enabled option.
h. Find the Boot Priority option -> Hit enter.
i. Change the mode to UEFI first.
j. Press F10.
k. Click on Yes.
l. Restart your computer.
Method 2
a. Enter the BIOS, as said previously.
b. Open the Boot options.
c. Set your HDD where you have the OS as the first Boot device.
d. Save the changes.
e. Restart your PC.
