I usually backup my system in night time in sleep mode. From some days it is showing the error code 0x8078014b unable to create the directory in backup storage. When I try to back up again, it is not showing any problem even I am using the laptop. What can be the reason for this problem?

The problem mostly occurs due to the antivirus you are using to save your laptop. Disable the antivirus and try to run the program. Some third-party software also causes a problem some times. TO know the issues due to third-party software, you need to clean boot the system and reset the system. Some corrupted or missing codes may also cause the error.
