What is JQuery Lights show?

I am an IT graduate in the field of internet technologies. But I want to gather some knowledge about Jquerys lights show. Can someone explain it to me what is jquery and for what it is used for? I only know it is related to database. But do not know what it means.

What is JQuery Lights show?

Basically JQuery lights show is a library which is considered as best light effects library use to give light effects to websites and drop down menus like navigation bars.

It is also used in fade effects on fan pages like fading all the images and text on the page except highlighted area.

Also used in turning on and off the lights.

What is JQuery Lights show?

I never heard about jQuery Light Show. Are you referring to the jQuery lightBox or the Colorbox? If it is the colorbox, then it is a customizable plugin for jQuery. You can download it from the link below:
