Ios 6 is the latest software used by the iPhone . There are more than two hundred new features when compared to the older versions of the software. Below are some of the features. It has map application. Siri Facebook and passbook have also been integrated.

What latest operating system does the new version of iPhone use?

A company makes OS to run a device. Then time to time companies add some features to it like addition of new applications, icons, software etc. Same with I phone Apple Company introduce newer versions of OS. I phone are upgrading its quality with every new version. For example there was some message forwarding issue in first I Phone, latterly it is resolved in newer version phone.

What latest operating system does the new version of iPhone use?

Hello,

Latest operating system for  i-phone is iOS 6. It is better than old version. It has 200 new features than older version. Such as -Maps, Siri, Facebook,Passbook etc.
