What is a Mac software on an Internet to Direct record audio?

There is a free app called Soundflower which is good. you can download it here: https://code.google.com/archive/p/soundflower/downloads

There are several versions for this application.

After you installed it go to System Preference , in sound, output, soundflower.

There are a few applications you can use with soundflower to record with, like quicktime player. In quicktime player go to file, new recording.

A downward pointing triangle will appear in the recording window. Click and a menu will appear, choose Soundflower(2ch) then press record. 

  There are other apps like wire tap, and sound studio which is also an editing tool.

• All Audio Recorder Pro-Lite IS another free app that you can install from iTunes store. It records online music or you.
