The main materials required are 3.5 in (89 mm), 3:2 aspect ratio, 16,777,216-color (24-bit), glossy glass-covered LED-backlit TN LCD, 960 × 640 px at 326 ppi, 800:1 contrast ratio display, 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 Apple A4 processor with 100MHZ Bus frequency and width PowerVR SGX535 GPU graphics processor, 8, 32 or 64 GB storage, built in microphone, 3 axis-gyroscope, rear 0.9MP camera, 0.3MP front camera, Cirrus Logic audio codec.

In addition to this 3.77V 3.44 W-h (930maH) battery is also required.
