Â
MS Groove is a software that enables many different people to work together on a single project no matter where they are or who employs them. Â It is designed to work within the Microsoft Sharepoint Workspace, allowing extra synchronization points with files in the Sharepoint libraries.
It allows you to create 3 different kinds of workspaces:
- The Standard workspace, with basic file and discussion tools
- The File Sharing workspace, which shares a specific Windows folder
- The Template workspace, a create-it-yourself workspace where you choose all the tools.
Groove workspaces are stored on individual computers and are automatically synchronized and updated. This allows you to work anywhere without needing reconnection to a network.
