What is new in Boot Camp 3.0 for Mac OsX?

I have heard a lot about the Boot Camp 3.0 but I do not know the new features included in it? Does it have some giant changes or it is just a remake? Can we have the liberty of copying the files into windows partition mire effectively? Could anyone tell me about its new and improved tap-to-click support? And what about its Command line version of the Startup Disk Control Panel? Could anyone help me?
