This plan lets the user access email, contacts, important documents and calendar from virtually in almost any device. This is for small businesses that has not more than 25 employees. The other one is what they called Office 365 for mid size businesses, the only difference is that their access is more advanced than the other plan. Plus it includes active directory integration, 24/7 IT ad-min support and full enterprise voice capabilities on premises.
