Office 365 Software is very useful to everyone. It's not a complicated program and can be handled by anybody else. This is good for small businesses and multinational businesses. This includes access to email, documents, calendars and web conferencing. What made it different from others is that, it can be access anywhere. You can use pc, Mac, Windows Phone, iphone, Android phones, Symbian Phones and blackberry. Almost all of us have an access to these devices. So it is for everyone. Are you referring to the 2 plans that this software has? Office 365 offers 2 plans. One is Office 365 professional and small businesses plan. This plan lets the user access email, contacts, important documents and calendar from virtually in almost any device. This is for small businesses that has not more than 25 employees. The other one is what they called Office 365 for mid size businesses, the only difference is that their access is more advanced than the other plan. Plus it includes active directory integration, 24/7 IT ad-min support and full enterprise voice capabilities on premises.
