I would like to know if there’s any software that could help me with grammar, styles (APA/MAPA) etc.
I could also use a program that helps with Spanish and English spelling and grammar.

The easiest way to check for spelling and grammar is to copy what you have written and paste it in an open MS Word. To check spelling in Spanish you need to get the spelling and grammar for it and install it on your computer.
If you write anything in your browser then get a browser plug-in that allows you to check for spelling and grammar when you type. There could be many out there, even one for Spanish. Therefore it is quite unnecessary to get a new software while you has everything you need.

The most widely used way for spell checking is by using the word editor which can allow you to check and rectify spelling mistakes in a variety of languages ranging from English, French, Spanish and others.
But if you find it not satisfying to you, you can use other spell checking software's which you can find for free online. Some you can use them online while others you can download and install them on your computer.

Microsoft word has this feature that auto-correct English spelling. This is very nice feature of windows, not just reminds you that it's wrong but it'll display in dotted red line that the word does not exist.
TechyV.com's comment section used to have this feature that auto-correct the spelling when mistyped or miss-spelled incorrectly. However, couple of weeks ago, this feature was removed for any reasons.
There are websites that auto-correct the spelling. You can go to Google translate website. This translate bilingual to English or to any language you want and most specially, it will display in dotted red line that the word is correct.
Gmail website has this auto-spelling. When composing an email using gmail account, there is a button you need to press to activate this feature. It's very simple because it's just 1 click away to auto-spell the word by itself in every word you type.
